Sustainability at Dr. Bronner's

Our guiding principles are to make humble and mindful use of the Earth's gifts, ensuring that what comes from the Earth goes back. We work closely with farmers to implement regenerative organic practices, and our coconut, palm, and mint oil farms in Sri Lanka, Ghana, and India have sequestered approximately 16,000 MT of CO2, helping to mitigate climate change. Our factory is powered by renewable energy, and our products are completely non-toxic, preservative-free, detergent-free, and foaming agent-free. Furthermore, all our cylinder soap bottles are made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic, reducing waste and promoting a circular economy.

Our organic and fair trade palm kernel oil, grown by fairly-paid smallholder farmers in Ecuador, provides a smooth and creamy lather while benefiting both people and planet.
